Janus, I did a short-run printing of a semi-autobiographical book called LIVE FROM CALIFORNIA, which I believe is available from Green Apple Books in San Francisco, call them at 415-387-2272. (it will be reprinted as BREAKING FREE IN THE '60S probably early next year. it's the story of my life up until 1973.
